Declan Murphy
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Declan is the dynamic leader of Burnetts committed to pushing the team forwards. Having recently been shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the year at the Dealmaker Awards for 2022 it is clear Declan has a vision for growth and the future of Burnetts. This drive for improvement carries over to Declan’s life outside of Burnetts. Declan ran the London Marathon in an awesome time of 2:54 running for Great Ormond Street Hospital raising over £4000. Running's just not enough for Declan, as now he is taking on the Hydrox challenge, the ultimate in fitness racing.
Rich Dixon
Technical Sales Manager
Rich has worked in the rubber industry for over twenty-five years. With a wide knowledge of materials and processing of material, you can be sure of comprehensive support for your projects from design through to production. An avid supporter of UK manufacturing Rich regularly attends events on behalf of Burnetts. Outside of work Rich is normally found on the golf course, on his bike, running or watching sport.
Terry Westgate
Technical Manager
As our technical manager, Terry works on product and tooling designs to ensure they meet with customer demands and our internal production requirements. Terry has the overall responsibility to ensure our factory is as efficient as possible and is always open to new technology and equipment. Terry is a whizz on CAD so if you have a product that needs a review, Terry is your man. Terry has a young family and is regularly one of our world food experience attendees. A big sports fan Terry follows Manchester United but we don’t hold that against him.
Steven Leith
Senior Production Manager
Our production team is headed up by Steven. Planning all of our manufacturing, along with the purchasing team, isn’t an easy task but Steven is a master on our MRP system. On a daily basis, Steven heads up our daily team review to discuss current and future production, any issues and to evaluate how we go about supporting our customers. Steven has a particular liking for Wagon Wheels and Vimto; we do like to spoil him on occasion.
Anthony Rogers
Quality Manager
Anthony heads up the quality department at Burnetts. With overall responsibility of all quality matters from material and product, Anthony has great attention to detail. Our customers demand perfect products every time and Anthony supports our manufacturing team with the push towards zero defect. As head of quality Anthony ensures our systems are maintained to IATF16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001. Anthony is a dedicated guitar player writing his own music.
Vicky Dixon
Continuous Improvements Manager
Vicky is a qualified rubber chemist, quality systems professional and IATF16949 systems auditor. Whether it be a new material that needs development versus a specific set of demands or a system that needs a review, you can be sure Vicky is putting in robust solutions to solve problems. Vicky has run two London Marathons and recently stated “no more marathons”, but we will see!
Andrew Barker
Supply Chain Manager
Andrew heads up our purchasing and supply chain requirements. Looking at our demands and the requirements of the business on a live basis, Andrew's role is critical to the performance of the business. Andrew can also be relied upon to have a supply of sweets stashed away in his desk, that he believes we all don't know about....!
Kamilė Raginytė
Production Administrator
Always available to provide the best possible customer service, Kamile is the point of contact for our customers. Have a question on orders, quantities, pricing or progress of your parts? Kamile is the person to help you.
Adam Hamilton
Process Manager
Adam heads up the process improvement and manufacturing teams. With a wealth of experience in equipment, best practice and process knowledge our production is in safe hands.
