BOC & Ainscough install new Liquid Nitrogen tank

As part of our ongoing growth, we have recently invested in a new Nitrogen tank to support increased volumes of cryogenic deflashing.

This will see our daily deliveries of nitrogen reduced to once a month and it will also provide increased pressure which will improve efficiency.

The tank required planning permission and a new plinth and the whole project took six months to realise.

On the day all went to plan as the team from Ainscough Cranes removed the old tank and installed the new tank, all within four hours, and we were back freezing rubber components the next day with minimal disruption.

We now await delivery of our new Mewo Deflashing machine from our partners in Germany.
