Steven Leith promoted to the role of Operations Director and Terry Westgate promoted to the role of Technical Director.
Steven has played a key role in Burnetts since its inception in 2006. Over recent years, he has worked with his operations team to deliver a factory that is fully systemised, and KPI controlled which has greatly strengthened our Business.
Terry has worked for Burnetts for over five years. Having started in Project and Design, he has grown into the role as Technical Manager and become a real asset not only internally but to our customers.
Terry and his team have delivered new tooling successfully, as well as introduced new automation and investment to improve costs.
Burnetts prides itself on service and adding value and Terry's input has been key.
