Investment for the future

At Burnetts we don’t have the time to stand still.  Continuous improvement in each area and our ongoing investment in new equipment powers the company forward, allowing us to provide our customers with opportunities they may not have thought about.

A dedicated engineering and strong processing team, allied to in house material development and testing, give us the edge in supplying and developing new products for our customers.   It also allows us to meet and exceed the customers requirements for their product performance in application.  

This continued push for efficiency, waste reduction and material development are felt in consistency of service and product, with the additional benefit of opportunities highlighted for cost reduction, a MUST in the realm of automotive supply.

The two new plastic machines already here during early 2024 are pushing us forwards with energy use reduction but are a staple of our production capacity.   We need to increase this as we grow and gain more business.   

Future investment is already in the pipeline based on new product awards and new customers to Burnetts, who have already understood the benefit of working with a company that is at the forefront of Plastic and Rubber manufacturing.

Rich Dixon

Rich has worked in the rubber industry for over twenty-five years. With a wide knowledge of materials and processing of material, you can be sure of comprehensive support for your projects from design through to production. An avid supporter of UK manufacturing Rich regularly attends events on behalf of Burnetts. Outside of work Rich is normally found on the golf course, on his bike, running or watching sport.
