Burnetts team of engineers and process experts play an important role in the development of your product. It is critical to assess both the manufacturing of a part, but also to understand the application and what the component is expected to achieve.

On each component we carry out a review of the product design from a manufacturability perspective to ensure it is optimised and designed for manufacturing (DFM). This also ensures that you avoid costly errors that might cause a product to fail prematurely, cost more to produce or lead to assembly issues.

This early-stage review with your team can be face to face or by remote methods. We pride ourselves on the Burnetts' team response to our customers, be they existing or new clients.

We have full CAD capabilities to review and support our customers through the initial phase of a project.
